Quote from Abu
My role at All4One is to help residents and staff make sense of behaviour , especially when
someone is finding it hard to express how they feel. I work alongside the team to explore
what might be behind certain behaviours and to find gentle, practical ways to reduce distress
and encourage positive change. It’s about understanding, not judgment, and helping people
feel safe and supported while they learn new ways to cope. Seeing residents grow in
confidence and self-awareness is one of the best parts of what I do.
